The operations cell of the organization looks after the implementation and coordination of various projects. After getting new projects from the business development cell they set out to organize a team to do the job. They coordinate the project with the management for its progress or problems.
The management is strongly involved in the entire process, from client acquisition to field operation and handing over final output to the customer. The management decides on which clients to work for, what type of projects are targeted, what the profit margins are, who works for the different projects, hiring new people, contracting with other organizations if necessary, financial flow of the projects, development of the employees, liaison with donors and formulating various strategies for the development of the organization. The management also looks after the project implementation progress and client satisfaction. The feedback from every step helps the management to steer to the successful completion of every assignment. The workflow or phases of operations include:
